• Assistant to the Minister of Economic and Maritime Affairs  (March 30, 2022 - January 25, 2023);
• Senior manager - experience in developing strategies for promoting and implementing new businesses, managing international partnerships and technical and economic projects;
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams responsible for managing and producing technical and economic studies on natural resources research and assessment;
• R&I project management with both national  and foreign universities;
• Assistant trainee at Instituto Superior Técnico (1989-1991);
• By invitation, taught several courses on natural resources ​​technical-economic evaluation, namely at the Algerian Petroleum Institute (IAP), at the Brazil National Petroleum Agency (ANP),  at the Abu Dhabi Onshore Petroleum Company (ADCO) and at the Bahrain National Petroleum Company (BAPCO);
• From 2013 to 2017 was invited to collaborate with the Petroleum master's degree at Instituto Superior Técnico, lecturing the seminar «Reserve Assessment»;
